KBShimmer Nail Polish The Office Space Collection Swatches & Review

**press sample**

Hello, hello my friends! Hope all is well. I am slowly recuperating from this horrid cold, but today is a special day and I am so excited to share these pretties with you! Yesterday, January 4th, KBShimmer launched their newest collection and it is amazing! Here is, The Office Space Collection!
This 8 piece collection is perfect for when you want to rebel a little, but stay within the lines. These are described as naughty and neutral shades that are perfect for the office-you get color and sparkle on your nails, while keeping your boss happy. So without further ado, lets get into some swatches!

Take Back CTRL
Take Back CTRL is a dusty rose, mauve leaning creme. She is described as the perfect punch of pink for the workplace. Swatches show two coats plus KBShimmer Clearly On Top top coat.

Supplies Party
Supplies Party is a warm cream liquid metal, aka Birthstone Finish, loaded with metallic flakes and holo sparks. She is described as a color that will make even the 5th meeting of the day seem enjoyable. Swatches show two coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

Staple Relationship
Staple Relationship is a deep grey crelly with purple undertones full of silvery flakes and holo sparkles. She represents those days when it seems like the stapler is the best work relationship you have, until you cast your eyes on this metallic shade on your tips. Swatches show three thin coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

Makin' Copies
Makin' Copies is a pale silver filled with white shimmer and linear holo sparkles. She's said to really show her sparkles when the light from the copy machine hits. Swatches show three thin coat and Clearly On Top top coat.

Fax of Life
Fax of Life is a platinum grey linear holo. She's described as being perfect for a sparkly grey manicure both indoors and out! Swatches show two coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

Cubicle Pusher
Cubicle Pusher is a muted holographic grape polish. This polish will make your nails the one topic of conversation you don't mind if your cubicle neighbor hears! Swatches show two coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

Caught on Tape
Caught on Tape is a pale mauve creme. She's described as a trendy pale shade that will make your nails pop on even the worst security camera. Swatches show two coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

A Hint of Manila
A Hint of Manila is a soft tan mega flame with holographic sparkle. She's described as vanilla but not boring, and will make filing a pleasure. Swatches show three thin coats plus Clearly On Top top coat.

The formulas on all the polishes were really fantastic. They all applied really easily and gave zero issues. I do highly recommend letting each coat fully dry before moving on to the next when using the polishes with glitter and flakies, to insure the best possible application. For all swatches I used KBShimmer's Fillin' Groovy Ridge Filling base coat and Clearly on Top quick dry top coat.

I really enjoyed this collection a lot. The colors are beautiful and unique, definite must haves for the workplace and more. This collection is available now for $9.25 on the KBShimmer website. Thanks so much for stopping by! Be sure to let me know which pretties you decide on picking up. Until next time my friends!

Baroness X Nail Lacquer Mermaid Silk Swatches and Review

**nothing to disclose**

Happy Sunday loves! It's been a busy weekend for me, but I wanted to share some gorgeous polish with you on this cool winter day! One of my favorite things are mermaids. I love love love all things mermaid related. So I of course had to snag a bottle of Baroness X Mermaid Silk when she rereleased it! Boy was I glad I did!
Isn't she just absolutely stunning?! That blue and that shimmer. Words cannot begin to describe how much I love this polish! Mermaid Silk has a holographic ocean blue base with turquoise shimmer and purple to gold shifting glass flecks. This polish is seriously so amazing. The formula was super easy to work with, zero issues with application. Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Destination Polish Collab: Hogwarts a Historyfeat. Ever After Polish Swatches and Review

**press sample**

Hey loves! Hope all is well. It's been a crazy week here, and USPS is not making things any better! Today I have this month's Destination Polish collab. It's a beautiful duo featuring Ever After Polish. Meet the Hogwarts a History duo!
This duo was based on this photo taken at the Harry Potter Studio Tour, where both Julie and Rachel visited this fall. This month's set came with two polishes and a wax melt. So let's get into some swatches!

The Next Great Adventure
The Next Great Adventure is a beautiful neon magenta with blue and pink microflakies. I may or may not have gasped when I put this on. The formula was fantastic, really easy to work with. Because of the microflakies, I made sure to wait for each coat to completely dry before going into the next. It dries to a satin matte finish, which is beautiful as is, but I prefer a glossy top coat. Swatches show two coats plus a glossy top coat.

Mischief Managed
Mischief Manged is an ultramarine blue with purple and blue shimmers and scattered holographic. So stunning and sparkly. Formula was amazing, applied super easily and smoothly. Swatches show two coats plus a glossy top coat.

Wax Melt
Ever After provided a delicious smelling wax melt in this month's collab. The scent is Butterbeer, very Harry Potter! I used this while swatching and was amazed as how strong the scent was. It's the perfect amount without being overpowering. You definitely get great usage from one melt, as the next day I could still smell the Butterbeer. Totally made my day.

Overall, this collab is amazing. Amazing interpretation of the photo by both Julie and Rachel. I can totally see myself wearing these a lot. Unfortunately, this duo is sold out now. USPS held part of the duo hostage and it didn't get to me until a week late. Thanks so much for stopping by! Until next time my loves!
