Hey girl, hey! Welcome back lovelies. So glad you could join me today! It's been a crazy few days to say the least, but I am super excited to share more Polish Pickup shades with you! This month's theme is producing some out of this world beautiful polishes. (Pun fully intended! LOL)
Today, I have the honor of sharing with you the gorgeous creation Christy of KBShimmer came up with. Hubble'd Together is inspired by a photo taken by the Hubble Telescope, the world's first large, space-based optical telescope, of Jupiter and its three moons. Before we jump into the swatches, I want to give a quick rundown on what the Polish Pickup is for any newcomers.
Polish Pickup is a new approach to monthly indie polish subscription boxes. Each month, members submit theme ideas and then vote on the top 10 themes. The winning theme is then used by the makers to choose their inspiration for their polish and/or bath and body products. There are as many as 70+ polish makers each month. The best part, you can pick and choose which polishes you'd like to purchase, and every order ships for only $3. It's like a make your own sub box!
Hubble'd Together
Hubble'd Together is a teal leaning mint jelly, packed with holographic microflakes, unicorn flakes, and glow in the dark powder. The unicorn flakes wonderfully mimic the pastel shades in the inspo pic. Swatches show three coats, plus Clearly On Top glossy top coat and Oh Matte! matte top coat. Formula is amazing as usual; super easy to apply and work with. I experiences zero dragging, even with all those flakies. Polish was easy to charge with my regular lamp, and glowed brightly in the dark.
I had to try it with a matte top coat because I'm about that #MatteAllTheFlakies life. I am so glad I did, because it is gorgeous. Makes the colors in the unicorn flakes pop even more.
Hubble'd Together will be available from April 6th thru April 9th. Be sure to join the Polish Pickup Pack group on Facebook for all the timing details. Hubble'd Together will be available for $10, and has no cap. What's your favorite part about this polish? The flakes? The color? The glow in the dark? Let me know below! Until next time my lovelies!
