This is 'Neutral Party' by Polish 'M. This pretty is a shimmery nude crelly with neon and pastel glitters. I absolutely love this polish! I'm not one for nude polishes, but the glitters drew me in!
Application was flawless. Two easy coats topped with a shiny top coat. No fishing for glitters at all. Each coat was packed with it!
